Young professionals under 35 with higher or secondary vocational education in professions that correspond to the priority areas for the development of the region’s agro-industrial complex can now receive a payment of 500 thousand rubles for housing and household equipment.
Additional conditions are residence in a rural or urban settlement of the Tomsk region and work experience in the agricultural industry for no more than five years. The funds must be used within 6 months.
The selection of applications for granting subsidies to support personnel of the agro-industrial complex is carried out by the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village of the Tomsk Region. The source of financing is the regional budget. The purpose of the subsidy is to maintain and increase the number of young professionals involved in the agro-industrial complex.
An application for a subsidy can be submitted by agricultural producers of the Tomsk region, with the exception of citizens leading a personal subsidiary plot. An employee who has received a subsidy is obliged to maintain an employment relationship with the enterprise for at least five years from the date of the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of payment to him.
