New AVR Puma Potato Harvester Impresses at Loonbedrijf Ijsselstein

Successful collaboration between AVR, DLL, and AgriMaas delivers a state-of-the-art solution for potato harvesting.

Earlier this morning, Milan Giebels, Sales Support at DLL, and Jan Peeters, Account Manager for AVR Netherlands, visited Loonbedrijf Ijsselstein to oversee the delivery of the new AVR Puma potato harvester. The machine, financed as part of the AVR 175th anniversary campaign, was delivered to the full satisfaction of Frank Rongen, owner of Loonbedrijf Ijsselstein.

The collaboration between AVR and DLL has enabled Rongen to expand his operation with the advanced Puma harvester, which is known for its efficiency and reliability. Frank Maas, owner of AgriMaas, who supplied the harvester, was also present during the commissioning of the machine. The event offered an impressive display of the harvester in action, showcasing its ability to handle large-scale harvesting with precision and speed.

Rongen expressed his satisfaction with the financing process facilitated by DLL, which allowed his company to make a valuable investment in cutting-edge technology. The AVR Puma harvester represents a significant upgrade in harvesting capabilities, designed to boost productivity while reducing labor costs. Its robust design and innovative features are set to streamline operations at Loonbedrijf Ijsselstein, contributing to a more efficient harvest season.

The demonstration highlighted the key advantages of the AVR Puma, including its advanced soil separation system and user-friendly controls. This modern equipment is an essential tool for farmers aiming to improve their potato harvests in terms of both quantity and quality. By working closely with partners such as AgriMaas and DLL, AVR continues to support the agricultural sector with tailored solutions that meet the evolving demands of farmers.

The successful delivery and operation of the Puma harvester underscore the importance of strategic partnerships and innovation in agriculture. Loonbedrijf Ijsselstein, now equipped with this advanced technology, is well-positioned to achieve greater efficiency and profitability in its potato farming operations.
