Next year, it is planned to allocate 311.41 million rubles from the federal budget to support soil liming activities. Works on an area of 98.5 thousand hectares will be carried out as part of the state program for the effective involvement of agricultural land in the circulation and the development of the reclamation complex.
Liming of acidic soils improves their agrochemical and agrophysical properties and increases fertility. In 2023, 147 projects worth 0.8 billion rubles will be supported. Agrarians at the expense of the federal and regional budgets are compensated for 50% of the actual costs. The largest volume of work is planned in the regions of the Central and Volga Federal Districts – here, using state subsidies, it is planned to cover 50.9 thousand and 27.2 thousand hectares, respectively.
