Ive started the development of Plant based and Hybrid casing 20 years ago.
And in our company we mainly focussing on new concept developments and innovation.
Particularly for the Potato processing companies we’ve developt our Reshaped Potato concept. In Fried production 40 % of the Potato is waste 10% peel and 30% of low economic value materials which is a very perfect raw material for this concept.
Cause as I see it, Vegan is going to the way of products out of the raw materials as Potato, as Rice and other kind of Vegetables. The main consumer group there are Vegan lovers
We put is already in the market a bid, and 2 processors are really interested and we start a project with them.
We have a mobile Pilot plant with all the technology on board so we can on the site of the customer with their raw materials produce samples to be packed on their own packaging lines. We bring the ability to produce in our pilot plant all the dimension of our customers need.
And we can cook there aswel. So a cooked final product is even not the problems.
Our pilot plant can work stand-alone, we have all the utilities. As Water, waste water on board even we have our own power supply on board and we operate regarding Covid 19 regulations.
This creates huge advantages for our customer to test against lower costs, and more effective cause there is no traveling, or shipments of raw materials. And the customers have the ability to make an evaluation of the test trials.
Our Plant Based Casing Gels our unique in adhesion to any dough. An technology that we deeply understand. Our Casing gels can be coloured, we can add taste as well to create other and new consumer experiences.
This concept make our customers more circular in there need to produce sustainable and reduce their footprint.
