The new Sprint 2 Dicer by Urschel can be seen at Emballage in Paris beginning November 17-20.
This new dicer features a three horsepower stainless steel motor with optional VFD (variable frequency drive) and accepts products up to 165 mm in any dimension.
Using the existing footprint of DiversaCut Sprint, Models G-A, GK-A, and H-A, it allows processors to easily replace older tried and true machinery with the latest technology.
In addition to the new Sprint 2 Dicer, the Model CC Slicer equipped with a 10 horsepower motor will be on display alongside the efficient E TranSlicer Cutter. The Model CC Slicer equipped with a large 10 horsepower motor delivers a multitude of slice styles at increased capacity. The slicer offers slices, shreds, and granulations of potatoes, various fruits/vegetables, cheese, and nuts. The efficient E TranSlicer Cutter specializes in the cutting of different types of elongated products such as peppers, plantains, leek, and pickles.
The machine yields a wide range of crinkle slices, flat slices, or julienne strips through use of interchangeable slicing wheels.
Emballage incorporates key food manufacturing elements of packaging, processing, printing, and product handling.
UPDATE: On the other hand, Uschel will be present with its food cutting equipment at International FoodTec India, exhibition which takes place November14-16, at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
