Each inhabitant of the Krasnoyarsk Territory eats 56 kilograms of potatoes a year

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, each resident eats an average of 56 kilograms of potatoes per year. This information was shared in the group of the social network “VKontakte” “Krasnoyarskstat”. In Khakassia, they eat 71 kilograms, and in Tuva – 40.

In the Yenisei Siberia, crops are grown mainly by the population; in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, gardeners and gardeners account for 80% of the crop.

The Krasnoyarsk Territory ranks 8th in Russia in terms of growing potatoes. Last year, the region collected 509 thousand tons.
