The Masser Family of Companies, an eighth-generation family-owned potato farming company based in Sacramento, PA, has partnered strategically with Szawlowski Potato Farms, a fifth-generation farm located in Hatfield, MA.
Under this new agreement, MFC will offer supply chain management services, such as sales, logistics, procurement, and marketing services, to SWAZ, one of the largest potato farms in New England.
This collaboration aims to enhance customer service, boost production, streamline supply chain processes, and improve market efficiencies in the Northeast and New England regions. By combining efforts, the companies aim to emphasize the local significance of family farms, delivering fresh, high-quality potatoes directly from farm to shelf.
Bob Meek, Chief Revenue Officer at Masser Family of Companies, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting its importance for their year-round potato program in the Northeast. Diane Szawlowski Mullins, Director of Sales/Marketing/Public Relations for SWAZ, also shared excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing the innovation and excellence that both companies bring to the table.
Together, MFC and SWAZ seek to provide enhanced value to customers, expand product offerings, ensure business continuity, and deliver quality produce to local markets in the Northeast.
