The Primorsky Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Administration has established a quarantine phytosanitary zone in the Sakhalin Region in connection with the golden potato nematode, and introduced a quarantine phytosanitary regime.
The total area of the zone is 70 hectares. It includes an agricultural land plot in the Anivsky district and adjacent quarantine facilities, including household plots.
The department’s specialists have developed a program to localize the outbreak and eliminate the population of the quarantine facility.
