A Yorkshire dad in Britain has gone viral after sharing how he makes crisps on a farm. ‘Yorkshire Farm Lad’ on TikTok has over two million viewers, and over 79,600 followers, is a farmer and contracter from North Yorkshire. The young farmer, who has a baby boy, works on a large farm in Boroughbridge, Harrogate.

Yorkshire Farming Lad explained that this year the potatoes being harvested are “not bad”. In a video showing how the crops are laid, he said: “I thought I’d show you how we do it. The farmer I’m working for at the minute, they put tram lines in these fields.
“So that means when he does his first run around the headland, he goes to the left of the tram line, and the big wheel on the right side pulls tight into the harvester. It pulls tight in if we’re going down the hill and such.
“But it also means it can squeeze down a narrower space and not have to run down on any rows too badly while is opening up [the field]…
