Walmart Canada announced it would offer a brand new line of South Asian snack flavors in partnership with Frito-Lay Canada. According to the company, they are the first to bring these “Flavors from India” to market in Canada. The options are:
- Lay’s Magic Masala Potato Chips
- Lay’s Cream & Onion Potato Chips
- Kurkure Chilli Chatka Snacks
These are all very popular flavors in India that Walmart Canada is offering for their customers. Walmart Canada worked closely with Frito-Lay Canada on developing these snacks so they can be made in Canada.
The partnership with Frito-Lay Canada builds on Walmart’s commitment to growing their offering of South Asian foods, with plans to keep growing in the coming months.
The response from customers has been overwhelmingly positive with many thrilled to see flavors they loved in India finally available in Canada.
