Field work continues in the fields of the Pskov region. This was reported to the Internet portal Vluki.ru in the press service of the Administration of the Pskov region.
Currently, agricultural organizations have sown 20.4 thousand hectares of spring crops, of which 9.3 thousand hectares are spring grain and leguminous crops, spring rapeseed – 7 thousand hectares.
546 hectares were sown with potatoes, 103 hectares – open ground vegetables, 3.2 thousand hectares – fodder crops.
Spring sowing is carried out at a high rate in Krasnogorodsky, Nevelsky, Novorzhevsky, Palkinsky, Pskov and Pytalovsky districts.
In the fields of the region, winter grain crops were fed on an area of 27.8 thousand hectares, winter rapeseed – 8.9 thousand hectares, perennial grasses – 4.2 thousand hectares.
