In a recent Franco-Italian seminar organized by the National Interprofessional Committee for Potatoes (CNIPT), Sabine VAJOU PONSIN, President of Culture Pom and co-chair of the “Export” commission at CNIPT, along with Isaline Tabourin, Commercial Director, and Andy Cammarata, Commercial Export, had the pleasure of participating in a gathering aimed at discussing the current state of the potato market. The B2B meeting, held in Naples, brought together approximately 65 professionals from the industry, including French exporters and Italian importers, facilitating discussions on market trends, challenges, and regulatory impacts.

The agenda covered various aspects, including an overview of French and Italian market trends, testimonials from operators in both countries, and a roundtable discussion on the impact of regulatory changes on potato production. This enriching encounter continues to strengthen the ties between the two nations, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
