The 13th Chinese International Potato Industry Exhibition, hereinafter referred to as the “Potato Exhibition,” will be organized by the Center for the Promotion of Agricultural Trade of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Agricultural Industry Division of the China International Trade Center). The exhibition aims to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the “Great Food Approach,” strengthen the foundation of the industry’s development, promote agricultural modernization, and facilitate the high-quality development of agriculture. The exhibition will focus on showcasing the latest technologies, new products, new brands, and new achievements in the potato industry, both within China and beyond, and will serve as an international platform for information exchange and trade cooperation among enterprises.

II. Main Content
Exhibition and Demonstrations
The exhibition will introduce an innovative event model, consisting of five exhibition zones: variety demonstration, processed product showcase, dynamic agricultural machinery demonstrations, plant protection experiment demonstrations, and scientific and technological culture displays. The total exhibition area will be 100,000 square meters. The exhibition will comprehensively present domestic and international varieties of potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, and other tuber crops, as well as related products, technologies, and equipment for all stages, including seed material, soil cultivation, plant protection, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural machinery, primary processing, packaging, sorting, and deep processing, as well as the restaurant business.
Variety Demonstration Zone: High-quality potato varieties will be showcased, including demonstrations and trials of potato varieties.
Dynamic Agricultural Machinery Demonstration Zone: Renowned domestic and international agricultural machinery manufacturers will be invited to demonstrate mechanized cultivation, planting, and harvesting.
Open Exhibition Zone for Agricultural Machinery: Standard booths and individual towers will be set up for showcasing the image of enterprises, production materials, equipment, and technologies, as well as consultations and services.
Greenhouse Exhibition Zone: Products from the potato industry and processing products, potato scientific and technological culture, models of high-efficiency agriculture, and more will be presented.
Plant Protection Experiment Demonstration Zone: Demonstration events will be held to test plant protection measures, including disease and pest control, ecological methods, growth regulation, and others.
II. Parallel Events
In conjunction with the exhibition, the International Potato Forum will be held, along with special events such as technical training, procurement meetings, investment attraction, expert consultations, and practical observations.
