Entrepreneur Vasily Starodubtsev, the grandson of the former governor of the Tula region, bought the plant under construction from a division of the Canadian company McCain (McCain food). After the launch, the enterprise will retain the previously chosen direction of work and will process potatoes for catering organizations.
